A Bus Trip to the WWI Museum in Meaux

The museum of the Great War is exhibiting an exceptional collection built up over forty years by Jean-Pierre Verney, a self-taught man who is an acknowledged expert on World War I. This private collection holds 50,000 objects. After the visit, an official reception will be held in the “salons” of the museum in the honor of AFS. A special exhibition of 14 panels relating the 100 years of AFS story and an AFS Ambulance from WWI and its owner, Georges King III, will exceptionally be there to greet the visitors. Participants will return to Paris at around 7 pm.
